This policy explains what information visionspot.com keeps and how we use it.
What we keep
- Client accounts: name, work email, company, phone and shipping address.
- Orders: what you ordered, the details printed on it (for example the name and title on a business card), proofs, approvals, messages with us, delivery notes, signatures and tracking numbers.
- Files you send us: artwork, logos and documents.
- Sign-in: a cookie that keeps you signed in, and a record of signed-in devices.
- QuickBooks Online: when our staff post an invoice, the site reads our own QuickBooks customer, product and invoice settings and creates the invoice there. The connection keys are stored encrypted.
How we use it
Only to make, deliver and bill your orders, to show you your order history, and to email you about your orders (sign-in links, proofs, shipping and tracking). We don't sell or rent your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Services we use to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Resend (sending email), Intuit QuickBooks Online (our accounting), and UPS, USPS or FedEx when we ship to you. Each only gets what it needs for its part. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, artwork and invoices for as long as you're a client and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't have to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or close your account, by contacting us below. California residents have these rights under the CCPA.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, sign-in links that expire, and private storage for your files. Our staff only see what they need for their work.
