visionspot.com is run by Vision Graphics & Printing (“we”, “us”). It has three parts: the client portal, where our clients order printing and check proofs; the back office and the Vision Shop phone app, used only by our own staff; and a connection from the back office to our own QuickBooks Online company. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Client accounts

Accounts are set up by us for people at the businesses we print for. Keep your sign-in link to yourself; you're responsible for orders placed from your account. An order is final once you approve its proof — please check names, numbers and spelling carefully.

Your artwork and content

You keep all rights to the logos, artwork and text you give us. You confirm you're allowed to have them printed. We use them only to make your orders and keep them so you can reorder.

The back office and the QuickBooks Online connection

The back office, the Vision Shop app and its QuickBooks Online connection are private tools for Vision Graphics & Printing staff. They are not offered to other businesses. The connection is used only to read our own customers, products and invoice settings and to create invoices in our own QuickBooks Online company. It can be disconnected at any time from the back office (Settings → QuickBooks) or from inside QuickBooks.

Prices, quotes and printing

Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Colors can vary slightly between screens, proofs and paper. If something we printed isn't right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site running and your information safe, but the site is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it; our liability for an order is limited to what was paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
